COMPANY OVERVIEW
Incorporated in June 1999, Artemis Environmental Consulting, Inc. (Artemis) focuses on providing clients with high-quality, cost-effective, and timely Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), and other property transaction services designed to meet the due diligence component of CERCLA, and ASTM guidelines. We are dedicated to helping our clients meet their due diligence requirements when purchasing real property, and be fully informed of any potential liabilities they may face.

Artemis maintains professional liability insurance in the amount of $1 million, and is a certified small business with the State of California.

PERSONNEL

Over the last eighteen years, Artemis’ principal, Carol Noland, has conducted and managed over 2,500 Phase I ESAs and property transaction surveys. Ms. Noland has the following credentials: Ms. Noland is also a member of the National Association of Environmental Professionals and the Society for Women Environmental Professionals. Ms. Noland meets the criteria of an Environmental Professional as defined by ASTM E1527-05.

Artemis also has a network of qualified environmental specialists whose services can be used on an as-needed basis.
